The Agent Website Blueprint License

The Agent Website Blueprint is a website builder for real estate agents, owned by Kate Brennan. In this license, "I" and "me" mean Kate Brennan. "You" means the person who bought the builder. "The builder" means the tool itself, including its interview, prompts, instructions, page templates, design and code.

When you buy the builder, you buy a license to use it. You do not buy the builder itself. This license is the agreement between us, and you accept it by completing your purchase.

What you can do

Use the builder yourself, for your own real estate business.
Copy the builder's prompts into your own AI service. That is how the builder works.
Build, change, publish and host websites for your own business, as many as you need.
Keep those websites for as long as you like, including after you stop using the builder.

What you cannot do

Share your access, or the link to the builder, with anyone else. Everyone who uses the builder needs their own license, including the other agents on a team or in a brokerage.
Use the builder to make websites for other people or other businesses, paid or unpaid. If that is what you want, write to me about a separate license.
Sell, give away or publish the builder, its prompts, its instructions or its page templates and design, whole or in part, as they are or changed.
Copy any part of the builder into another product, course, template, service or tool, or use it to build something that competes with the builder.
Take the builder apart to copy how it works, remove or change its copyright or license notices, or get around anything that controls who can use it.

Who owns what

I own the builder and everything in it, including the copyright in its prompts, instructions, templates, design and code. Anything this license does not give you, I keep.

You own what you put in and what you publish. That means your answers, your photographs, your content and your finished website. The page design and code in your website files come from the builder. You can use, change and host them for your own business's website for as long as you like. You cannot sell them, or offer them to anyone else as a template.

AI services

The builder works with an AI service you already use, such as ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini. Those services are not part of the builder and are not included in the price. Your use of them is between you and the company that runs them, under their terms.

Everything an AI writes for you is a draft. Reading it and checking it before it goes on your site is your job.

Your responsibilities

Your website, its content and its compliance are your responsibility. That includes fair housing law, advertising rules, your brokerage's rules and your state's licensing rules.

The legal pages the builder produces are drafts. Your attorney or compliance office reviews them before your site goes live. The builder is not legal advice, and I am not your attorney.

The beta, updates and refunds

If you bought during the beta, you get every improvement I ship during the beta at no extra cost. You keep the builder and those improvements after the beta ends. After that, I may keep improving the builder, but I am not required to.

If you bought during the beta and decide within the first week that it is not what you expected, write to me and I will refund you. When you are refunded, this license ends, including your right to use websites you made with the builder.

No guarantee

The builder produces website files and written guidance. It does not host websites. It does not promise leads, clients, search rankings, income or any other result. I provide it as it is, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows.

Limit on liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, I am not liable for any indirect or consequential loss connected with the builder, including lost business, lost profits or lost data. My total liability to you for anything connected with the builder is limited to the amount you paid for it.

If this license is broken

If you break this license, I can end it and turn off your access. You then stop using the builder and delete any copies you have of it, its prompts or its instructions.

Not affiliated

The Agent Website Blueprint is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by any real estate brokerage or franchise. ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini are products of their own companies, which are not affiliated with the builder.

Changes to this license

I may update this license for future purchases. The version you agreed to when you bought the builder is the one that applies to you, unless you agree to a newer one.

The law that applies

This license is governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma.
